If you are a graduate of Morristown-Hamblen High School East and are in need for a transcript for employment or higher education, please download/print and complete the form below. There is a $5.00 charge for all transcript, immunization, education verification, and citizenship verification requests. Please make checks payable to Morristown-Hamblen High School East.
